Where are you in your story?

For Individuals
$0.00

Finding Your Way Back to Yourself

Maybe you’ve spent so much time adapting, coping, or caring for everyone else that you’re not quite sure where you went. Therapy can be a place to understand yourself more deeply and begin living in a way that feels more like you.

FOR COUPLES
$0.00

Finding Your Way Back to Each Other

When you keep having the same conversations, missing each other’s intentions, or feeling more like opponents than partners, it can be hard to know how to reconnect. We’ll work to understand the patterns between you and build a relationship that feels safer, closer, and more like a team.

FOR PARENTS
$0.00

Finding Yourself in Parenthood

You can love your children deeply and still feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, depleted, or lost in the demands of parenting. Therapy offers a place where you get to be cared for, understood, and supported too.

There's More to the Story.

You are more than a diagnosis, a difficult season, or a pattern you can't seem to break. We look at the whole picture: your relationships, your experiences, your nervous system, your strengths, and the things that have shaped you. Together, we'll work toward understanding what's happening and finding ways forward that actually fit your life.

Meet Ashley

I'm Ashley Barbour, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate serving adults across North Carolina through virtual therapy.

I work with individuals, couples, and parents who are trying to understand themselves, their relationships, or the patterns that keep getting in the way of the life they want. My approach is warm, collaborative, attachment-informed, and grounded in the belief that you make sense.

I'm especially drawn to working with neurodivergent adults and the people who love them. I believe therapy should make room for the whole person, including the parts that don't fit neatly into a diagnosis, a role, or someone else's expectations.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.
